Behind every great service is an awesome A/V team. Audio Visual manages all aspects of audio, lighting, slide presentation, and video production during Sunday services and special events. Run a lighting show, video camera, or songs lyrics when you join the A/V team.

Baptism is a sacrament of initiation, cleansing, strengthening, and welcoming. Baptism welcomes us into the community of Christian believers. It offers us a new life in which we become the adopted children of God, followers of Christ, and temples in which the Holy Spirit dwells.

We love for our church family to grow! Our Membership Team is responsible for welcoming first time guests and those individuals who decide to make The Connection Church their home.

They also meet with new members to capture contact information, provide instructions for our New Members Orientation classes, and explain the membership process. Volunteers must serve at least once a month.

Reliable, positive, upbeat and energetic are just a few words to describe our Hospitality Team (food service)! They prepare and serve meals for special events and meetings. From food preparation, food storage, food distribution, setup and clean-up after meals, they strive to glorify God through excellence in food service to members and visitors at The Connection Church.

Do you have a gifted voice or play an instrument and love to worship? Our praise and worship team starts off each service with melodious and powerful songs praising the greatness of God. Auditions and mandatory rehearsals are held on Wednesdays @ 6:30 PM for this ministry.

Sometimes all you need is a friendly hello or a warm smile—that’s our Greeters Ministry. Greeters welcome members and guests as they enter The Connection Church and are also responsible for distributing programs, literature, etc., and so much more to ensure our Sunday experience and special events are like none other.

Calling all smiling faces and strong hearts. Our Ushers Ministry ensures that all members and guests feel the love of our church as they enter the Worship Center. Ushers are positioned at the sanctuary entry doors to greet arriving members and guests and direct them to their seats, collect the offering, and also assist with Communion on First Sundays.

We are always safe at The Connection Church when our security team is on duty. Do you have a servant attitude, can stay calm under pressure, and exhibit excellent people skills? Security, military and/or law enforcement experience is preferred. Must be willing to go through an interview process and background check. Male and female positions available.

When a special event is planned, we need all hands on deck during the day of the event to ensure the amazing vision comes to life. If you’d like to serve from time to time, special events is for you.
